We advice you to send order back be Recorded service. Generally, refund will be made within 48 hours of the goods arriving back to us. Please note that any postage charges will not be included in the refund.

We want you to feel completely confident when you buy from us. For most items you can return what you buy to us in new condition and in the original packaging within 10 days of delivery for replacement or refund. It' so easy.
If you would like to make a return, please contact us at marta@amber-gift.com and provide the following information:
1. Product name and code.
2. Description of items being returned.
3. Reason for return (arrived damaged, arrived defective, incorrect item, wrong size, changed my mind, other (explain) ).
4. The item(s) should be returned in the condition they were received including the boxes.
We will send appropriate instructions for return within 2 business days.
Claims in relation to goods charged but not received should be made within 30 days of the statement charge. Failure to do so may affect your claim.
We do reserve the right to send goods back to you if they are not in new condition, not in the original packaging or if you have returned the incorrect items.
We do not exchange or refund earrings for Health and Safety reasons.
